Business Configuration

Business relates configuration to set here like business time zone, page listing, System date format, Trusted ip address, Ip Restriction login and many more

  • Business Time Zone

    From this configuration you have to select your default timezone in which you are operating. This setting will be applied for all dates and time in your full system. Still our system allow you to operate in different timezone so when you perform operation like employee creation then system will ask you for different timezone.

  • Display Number Of Records In One Page

    This configuration define number of row display in each page for all sections except reports.

  • Select Date Format

    Select Time Zone of your business, Suppose if date is 2nd October, 2022 then choose among below format. your can customize your date format like 02-10-2022 (dd-mm-yyyy), 10-02-2022 (mm-dd-yyyy), 2022-10-01 (yyyy-mm-dd).

  • Do You Need Strong Password

    If you want the system to generate users or employees automatically with strong passwords choose yes otherwise choose no. If you choose yes then for all password it should have to follow rules like Minimum 8 character with One Capital, One Small, One Number and One Special character. All mail goes from our system contain this email address as from email.

  • Show Company Employee to other Employee

    Some companies are sharing all employee's contact details with other employees. If you want to allow other employees to view a list of all the company's employees then enable this configuration. Default this configuration is disabled.

  • Do you want to display Company Hierarchy to Employee

    If you want to show the company's organizational hierarchy to employees then enable this configuration. It is disabled by default.

  • Enable Chat Module

    If you want to allow the chat feature for employees/Admin then enable this configuration.

  • Do you need IP Restriction for Login?

    If you want to restrict access to system by IP address then enable this configuration.

  • Trusted Ip List

    Enter the White Listed IP Address. If you want to add more than one IP address, separate them with a comma.

  • Project Billing Daily Hour Count

    Setup Number of Daily Hours you want to consider for Project Costing. Generally if a company is working 8 hours then set 8 for this configuration.

  • Enter Short Description about Company

    Information about your company which will be displayed on the recruitment page.

  • Display Hired Candidate on Main Dashboard for Number of Days

    Enter number of days you want to consider for display hired candidates in Main Dashboard

  • Resource Request Display Setting

    Enter the number of days you want to consider any Resource request to given attention of management that is not address in specific time. Suppose if you enter 15 in this configuration then any resource request that is not completed in 15 days will be display in Main dashboard in Resource Section.

  • Overdue Employee Request Display Setting

    Enter number of days you want to consider any Employee request to given attention of management that is not address in specific time. Suppose if you enter 15 in this configuration then any employee request that is not completed in 15 days will be display in Main dashboard.

  • Do you want to Allow supervisor assigned from same Department?

    If you select yes then you are able to add supervisor only from same department.

  • Unique ID Name

    Please setup name of Unique ID as per your country, eg. for India Aadhar Card and for US its SSN.

  • Late Coming Employee Notification

    Please enter after how many time need to notify the supervisor and HR about late enter in office during month.

  • Exit Interview by Employee Individually

    If you want to allow an exit interview of your employee him/her self to set yes it’s reflected on the employee Dashboard

  • Support Ticket Display Setting

    Please enter the number of days you want to consider to display an overdue support ticket for Main Dashboard, suppose if you enter 10 then in Main Dashboard display all support tickets which are created before 10 days and not closed.
