Chirag Lukhi is the founder of Shakebug, a bug reporting tool. He created a tool for tracking and fixing bugs and making the process easier, faster and more efficient. Can you describe yourself in short and what inspired you to develop Shakebug?

I am Chirag Lukhi, the founder of Shakebug. I am always keen to learn new concepts and technologies! I've been a tech nerd since 2012 and have experience with iPhone development as well. Also, I'm working on AR, Machine Learning, and React Native.

According to me, adjusting changes are always necessary. Well back in 2018 when I was learning every possible way to increase the productivity of myself and my team as a developer and I found so many things that interrupt the workflow. Fixing bugs and tracking them was one of that things. This gave me the idea of Shakebug as we during our research found that productivity increased by about 30 per cent by just fixing this cause. Thus I wanted to develop a tool that would make the process of tracking and fixing bugs an organised manner. The central idea behind Shakebug was to create a comprehensive solution for bug reporting and management.

When you developed the Shakebug, what was your first thought?

When I developed the Shakebug, bug reporting tool, my first thought was to create a tool that would make tracking and fixing bugs simpler, faster, and more efficient. I wanted to develop a tool that could easily be used by developers and non-developers alike, and one that allowed for tracking bugs in a simple manner. In addition, I wanted the tool to have features such as allowing users to log, view, prioritize, assign, and follow up on bug reports. So all these things are there in shakebug.

What are some of the unique features of shakebug that distinguish it from its rivals?

Shakebug has several features which make it stand out from the competition. Shakebug allows developers to report more than 50 bugs each hour, increasing productivity. This is how gorgeous our tool is. We offer integration of all key project management tools like Asana, Jira, Semsto, Clickup and many more. This is something that our rivals don't have. We even offer custom integration To our clients to stand out of the crowd. Our key USPs are screen recording and bug reporting.

Along with bug reporting solutions, Shakebug triggers crash reports automatically and presents them in developer-friendly language. Above all these features Shakebug even offers analytics and events too.

You stated that you create software to aid in the success of others. Do you consider that as your motivation?

I was inspired to start Shakebug because I have always been passionate about technology and its potential to transform the way we do business.

One day, Jack, a user who had been using Shakebug for a few months, sent me an email. He wanted to show his appreciation for how the tool had helped his development efforts. Jack shared that Shakebug changed the way he worked, increasing the effectiveness of his duties and allowing him to complete them in a fraction of the time. He was able to concentrate on creating code, which was what he did best, as a result.

Additionally, Jack remarked that his staff was now able to work more productively and finish projects more quickly, enabling them to take on more. As a founder of Shakebug, this is the biggest motivation for me. I am proudly creating a difference in the lives of developers and we are committed to getting these kinds of feedback more and serving our clients.

How is your software more beneficial than manual bug fixers?

The incidents when the bug problems aren't getting resolved is a time-consuming things. The developers feel frustrated. Using our tool we can fix your bugs at a very high speed as compared to a bug fixer working on it. Using our software will even reduce the cost of your development and make your process efficient and smooth. Client satisfaction is higher using our tools as compared to early manual bug detectors. As a founder of Shakebug, what is your role in the management and development?

As the company's founder, it is my responsibility to lead the development team and contribute to the development of the tool that will satisfy the needs of our users. Strategy, market analysis, customer interactions, and tool development with recent trends and technologies are my key areas of interest.

My objective is to make sure that we are always improving our software and staying on the cutting edge of small and medium enterprise solutions.

Has there been any major challenge while building Shakebug?

Well, I believe that one characteristic of software, in general, is that it typically becomes more sophisticated as time passes. It rarely happens that something gets easier over time. Typically, you are not facing more complicated things about the environment you are in. Your comprehension of the entire problem is becoming simpler as a result of your increased understanding. While developing shakebug, I overcome all the challenges to provide smooth results. There was not a major challenge for me as I am already a tech nerd. I see the problems and find a way to solve them, rather than keeping them as challenges for me.

Do you have existing users who have been using your tools for a number of years? Are they happy?

Yes, we have had a huge client base using Shakebug for years and they are completely satisfied with the outcomes. We are in the process of creating more such clients as their satisfaction is our motivation.

With what thinking do the shakebug team works? Is your tool Pocket Friendly?

Shakebug differs from other bug reporting tools with a few exciting plans. Most of our rivals base their planning on their members, but we always consider the entire organisation, regardless of the number of members. Also, our pricing is reasonable and accessible to small and medium-sized businesses.

Semsto also recommended this tools to all our users and we are also planning to do integration with Shakebug.
