Activity Product
Product
The Lead Product section allows you to select products from the Product Master to associate with a particular lead. This can be useful for tracking which products a lead is interested in or for analysing sales data.
Add Product
Go to left Panel > CRM > Lead > click on the lead list one pop will be open > Activity > Add Product

Select a product from the Product Master to add to the lead. You can select multiple products for each lead. |
| Price |
The price of the product. This field is automatically populated with the default price from the Product Master, but you can modify it as needed. |
| QTY |
The quantity of the product being sold. |
| Tax |
The tax amount applicable to the product. |
| Discount |
The discount amount is applicable to the product. |
| Amount |
The total amount of the product after tax and discount. |
Edit Followup
Go to left Panel > CRM > Lead > click on the lead list one pop will be open > Activity > Followup > Edit Activity
